It is advisable to read the book before setting up consultations (optional but this will ensure that you have the best use of your time)

After you pay for consultation, you will receive an email to set up best time and date for the session. You then send the filled out forms to NelsonVergel@gmail.com at least one day before session for his review.
1 hour consultation: Review of blood work and answers to general questions. A follow up email will be sent after the consultation with relevant information, resources and action items to improve health goals.
